Use smooth long strokes on your muscles and round rhythmic circling over your joints: wrists, elbows, shoulders, ankles, knees and hips. Smooth in a circular motion over your stomach and in smooth stokes over your back, chest and feet.

Step 3: Make sure you put on warm socks or tights.
